1. What products do you sell?
Time n Trends offers a curated collection of watches, handbags. All products are carefully selected to ensure high quality and style.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our U.S.-based facilities to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7–8 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
4. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the delivery status of your package.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through Shopify Payments, which ensures secure and encrypted transactions.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Certain items, such as clearance products or items affected by hygiene concerns, are non-returnable. For detailed instructions, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@timentrends.com or call +1 (929) 693-8403. Refunds are processed within 8–11 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
10. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. All customer information, including payment details, is securely processed via Shopify Payments. We never store full credit card numbers, and all data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
